Lisa Leonard designs has been impossible to get a hold of. I tried emailing twice with no response.
I just received my order and its way too big. And I cant figure out how they want me to return it because they have a return policy.

It took 4 months to receive my ring. I had it a month and the stone fell out.
It took them 2 months to replace it, and the stone fell out less than 2 months later. Now they are saying they won't remake it.
Both rings came from out of the country, which has not been the case with my other orders. Do not purchase from this company.
Preferred solution: A replacement that doesn't fall apart.

Lack of response to my refund request. I ordered three necklaces for Christmas and was unhappy with the quality.
I first contacted LLD on December 24 to ask how to return for a refund. After multiple emails back and forth with customer service agent Gerald Lime, I finally received my return label on January 16. Fearing I would lose my 30-day window, I paid for shipping and return via USPS on January 3, with confirmation of delivery on January 8. I've sent multiple emails since inquiring about my refund with no response.
The lack of customer service is frustrating; there is no phone number to call or live agent to chat with. You send an email and hope you will get a response back.

Exceeding frustrated. Couldn’t speak to a person.
Don’t buy the starburst ring it’s beautiful, but I’ve had the stone fall out of two of them. They have contacted me once let’s see if they come up with anything.
Yeah. You want to know about my satisfaction with Lisa Leonard.
I have spent more than a little money and cant even reach a person to talk to. I will not be ordering again. I ordered a ring that prompted lost its stone. I complained and ordered another at full price.
Guess what. The stone in the second ring fell out. What a fool I was. Got no response to the photo of the stoneless rings.
I like the jewelry designs, but will not order again.
Shame on you for what is supposed to be customer service. I wii bash you at ecery opportunity.

There is no customer service any longer. When I called to speak with a representative m, I got a canned response that after October 2024 Lisa Leonard would no longer be receiving phone calls-with a cheerful good bye!!!
That is customer service!!!!???Then I received an email from Inc Brandon from Lisa Leonard. Doubt it was a real person & the information was not even a little bit helpfulI doubt I will ever visit Lisa Leonard site for gifts ever again!!!!
I tried to call to find out the duration of the discount being offered. I found that your new policy no longer allows for phone calls.
No customer service! That is horrible. Anytime I had a question, there was always a kind person to help me. I'm disappointed in your company policy as well as the increase in emails from your company!
It seems you have become corporate-minded instead of the kind people you were in the past. No more small, intimate company as in the past.

There's no one to call. Every time I email them for a return label, it keeps sending me a standard answer of thanking me for my order.
I have never had so many problems returning an item. I'm very upset and can't seem to get this handled, now for 2 weeks.

Spent quite a bit of money and only received part of my order. Their customer service is auto response. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOUR PLAN IS TO GIVE THEM MONEY WITHOUT A RETURN ON SERVICE.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Received an email after I went online with your company that my order was being shipped.
The order did indeed arrive. I am glad because their product is lovely.
Order #900167**** was placed on June 21st. I have had no communication from you since my order was confirmed.
I've left several voicemails with no response.
Help please. I have ordered from Lisa Leonard in the past and didn't experience this situation.

My issue with this company is exactly like yours! I’ve sent numerous emails, tried calling and no response from them.
I returned defective earrings I received for a Christmas present.
I ended up buying my granddaughter another gift since I received it late and one earring was defective The box was returned to UPS and picked up by me, and never opened by Lisa Leonard. It’s been over 3 months and to say I’m not happy is an understatement!
I did receive a shipping label from the company. I returned the earrings and my unopened package was sent back to UPS approximately 3 weeks later! I just was my $182 returned
I wish you luck!! I just finally got my refund last Thursday.
I went to Facebook and commented on several recent posts asking who or How I could get a refund and resolution to my concern. I then received a message in Messenger from LLD.
It still took a couple Of weeks after submitting my documents again but it is now resolved. You might consider this approach.
